Orders are shipped via UPS or motor carrier.
Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air UPS delivery options are available upon request. There is an extra charge for any of these special options. If you require these services, please ask for details.
Physical addresses (no P.O. Boxes) are required for delivery. We must have a street address.
Any discrepancies between order and delivered products (shortages, overages or damages) should be reported to the carrier and us immediately.
Liftgate Services are not included in our free freight program
Free shipping is available on orders over $50 and that are being shipped within the lower 48 US states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any country outside of the US will have additional shipping charges applied. In the event of any returns, a J&R Products, Inc. employee must be contacted to start the return process. If the return was a result of an error made by J&R Products, Inc employee or a vendor of J&R Products, Inc. we will gladly replace the item and credit any shipping charges or restock fee’s if applicable. All returns must be securely packed in original packaging, received back to us in resalable condition and returned with in 30 days of the original shipment. Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee and the return shipping and handling charges. No returns will be accepted in Special orders, Non-Stock items or on Clearance items
